Industrial Buildings

Our first major sale transaction was the sale of Brocton Lane in Austin Texas.  Brocton Lane was sold to an Investor out of California who was involved in a 1031 Like-Kind exchange.  The building was then leased to Dell Computers as a critical center for all of Dell's phone switching and servers. Closing the deal was held up because Dell would not sign the estoppel certificate. Investigations determined that the roof needed to be replaced.  The Buyer, Seller and Tenant all worked together to cover the cost of the roof and the sale was completed on time.

 

Office Condominiums

 

The photo to the right shows one of the office condominiums that we were involved in selling at The Park at Eanes Creek.  The unit was sold to an end user out of Dallas who was looking to own rather than lease.  Motivated by the above standard interior finish, the unit he purchased was extremely well built and located off of Bee Caves Road in Westlake.   If you are in need of a good long term investment for your business we can help you find just the right property. 

 

 

This 8,000 square foot  building in Walnut Creek Business Park. was sold to the United States Tennis Association for their Central Texas operations.  Texas Manufactured Housing Association sold the building located
