Kay Hemphill

Kay has been with the company from its inception.  Coming from a nursing background, she puts her organizational skills to work everyday in dealing with the demands of downtown parking.  

Kay holds a BSN in nursing from Northwestern State University and a MEd in Health Promotion from UT Austin.

When she's not at the office, Kay enjoys outdoor activities and exercising with friends.  Bob and Kay have been married for 21 years and have one son, Lance.
