Commercial Leasing Brokers Association
The Austin Commercial Leasing Brokers Association is an affiliation of 200 brokers who specialize in the leasing of office and industrial properties. We have been active in this organization in the past, participating on the board for several years as well as serving as the President of the organization in 2002. The benefit of the organization is the ability to network with individuals who actively involved in the leasing of Austin properties. Relationships built through this organization are a direct benefit to our clients. A company leasing space from a leasing agent might deal once every three years with a given agent. The Institute of Real Estate Management
The Institute of Real Estate Management is an organization that promotes the highest ethical and professional standards for the property management industry. Individuals achieving the CPM designation have shown their knowledge and experience level by completing the rigorous standards. Robert R. Hemphill achieved his CPM designation in 1996. We are associated with the North Texas Commercial Realtor Board. This allows us to stay updated to the latest changes in Real Estate contracts and promulgated forms.

Central Texas Commercial Brokers are affiliated with the Texas Association of Realtors. This organization is fast becoming one of the top organizations for networking with other commercial agents working the Austin and Central Texas markets.
